In business management, this includes sharing ways of applying spiritual values in making business and management decisions and discussing issues and approaches relating to business ethics and integrity. In all aspects of work, this means seeing the relationship of life, career, and calling; sharing personal spiritual practices; and addressing the demands on time and energy in a 24/7 workplace. In bringing to society the positive values of spirituality, it involves sharing ways of engaging in work as service; living from the spiritually-based values expressed by the great religious teachers, such as the value of abundance instead of scarcity; and working for economic justice in local, national, and global systems.
