About Us  Nancy Smith has 15 years' experience in Christian education and nearly 20 years working as a technical writer, supervisor, and manager for high tech software companies. Recognizing the huge gap between spirituality and business, she returned to ministry with a passion for spiritual guidance and for promoting the acceptance and expression of all spiritualities in the workplace. The result is this website, the place to explore ways to integrate your spirituality with your work. Nancy has her M.Div. from Boston University School of Theology and is a graduate of the Guild for Spiritual Guidance. She is currently enrolled in a post-graduate program in Spiritual Direction at Boston College and is also receiving training in coaching.  As a deacon, Nancy is a fully-ordained clergy member of the New England Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. A member of the Fellowship of United Methodist Spiritual Directors and Retreat Leaders, Nancy offers Spiritual Life Retreats and Quiet Days as well as personal or small group spiritual direction.
